Lo speciale Prusa Mini Heatbreak di BROZZL è realizzato in titanio di grado 5. Questo materiale è utilizzato specificamente nell'industria aerospaziale e ha una conduttività termica inferiore rispetto all'acciaio inossidabile. Grazie alla minore conduttività termica, è possibile una zona di fusione meglio definita.
La struttura superficiale estremamente liscia aumenta notevolmente l'affidabilità nell'estrusione. Meno blocchi e forze di estrusione inferiori sono anche un altro vantaggio positivo delle superfici lisce.
L'heat break è appositamente progettato per Original Prusa Mini e viene fornito comprensivo di PTFE.
