R3D PETG è caratterizzato dalla sua eccezionale durata, buona adesione e alta resistenza all'acqua e ai prodotti chimici. È quindi ideale per la stampa di parti funzionali i cui requisiti non possono essere soddisfatti con il PLA.
Per la stampa di PETG R3D sono necessarie una temperatura dell'ugello di 200 – 240 °C e una temperatura del letto riscaldato di 90 – 120 °C.
