Lo speciale Heatbreak V6 di BROZZL è realizzato in titanio di grado 5. Questo materiale è utilizzato specificamente nell'industria aerospaziale e ha una conduttività termica inferiore rispetto all'acciaio inossidabile. Grazie alla minore conduttività termica, è possibile ottenere una zona di fusione meglio definita.
La struttura superficiale estremamente liscia aumenta notevolmente l'affidabilità nell'estrusione. Meno blocchi e forze di estrusione inferiori sono anche un altro vantaggio positivo delle superfici lisce.
Gli heat break V6 sono compatibili con tutti gli hot-end E3D V6 e con i dispositivi Prusa i3 originali.
